At Main Line Health & Fitness we employ over 20 of the Main Line's top certified and degreed personal trainers. Our trainers will assure that you reach and exceed your goals. Your trainer will plan a program that will be specifically tailored to your needs, and will assure that you maintain the program in a safe, sensible, and medically-sound manner at a level of intensity that is appropriate for you. As a Personal Training client you will enjoy full access to all of the classes we offer in our Studios at Main Line Health & Fitness, including Yoga and Spinning, as well as use of the Cardio Floor.
