- Ashtanga Vinyasa: Linking one posture to the next will develop balance, endurance, flexibility and strength in an invigorating moving meditation.
- Ashtanga: This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures - a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat.
- Gentle Yoga: A rejuvenating, slower paced practice in a nurturing classroom.
- Power Vinyasa: Creative, challenging, faster paced flow synchronized with breath and focus which detoxifies muscles and organs.
- Vinyasa: Energizing creative flow of continuous movements coordinated with the breath. The flow can range from the most gentle to the most athletic, increasing flexibility, strength and mindfulness through consistent, steady practice.
- Yin Yoga: This practice cultivates joint flexibility through moderate stretching of the connective tissue. Yin yoga is designed to compliment and enhance your more vigorous workouts.
- Yin/Vin: A combination class beginning with Yin postures followed by Vinyasa series and ending with restorative poses.
- Yoga Balance: Invigorating postures focusing on balance and core strength without sun salutations.
