The Studios of Main Line Health & Fitness cover all ends of the spectrum when it comes to aerobics and group classes. This area has 2 aerobic studios with spring-loaded floors and a spinning studio equipped with 30 stainless steel Johnny G. Spinning Pros for an intense cardiovascular workout - our certified trainers will take you on the ride of your life in our spin classes. Our experienced instructors will lead you through a variety of classes that include low impact aerobics, TRXtreme, BODYSTEP, BODYPUMP, Boot Camp, Zumba as well as Yoga and Pilates.

BODYPUMP:
The original barbell workout that strengthens your entire body all in 60 min. all to GREAT MUSIC! -
BODYSTEP:
Cardio blocks push fat-burning systems into high gear followed by muscle-conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body using a height adjustable step and simple movements. -
Boot Camp:
Calling ALL Men and Women interested in sweat and hard work. An athletic class comprised of speed and strength intervals using hand weights, exercise balls………and more. -
Cardio/Core:
Energizing cardio class with intervals of core training. -
**Paddle Pool Class:
Only available at MLHF! The workout that everyone can do. Learn to use your body in a whole new way. Warm-up, cardio, core, stretching….all in one class. On-line registration required. -
Pilates:
Body alignment, posture, stretching & strengthening on mat, based on the work of J. H. Pilates. -
Red Hot Dance Fitness:
A brand new dance based fitness workout that anyone can do combining the hottest music with even hotter moves. An invigorating, exhilarating, liberating and calorie burning dance party that will have you addicted from the first beat! -
Spin:
Intense cardiovascular workout performed on stationary bikes. -
SpinTRX:
30 minutes of spinning followed by 30 minutes of training with straps suspended from the ceiling and body weight intervals – please reserve a spot for class just as for traditional spinning classes. -
20/20/20:
An hour of power, endurance and strength. Interval training format. -
TRXtreme
Full body training with straps suspended from the ceiling and body weight intervals – please reserve a spot with the desk for class as the capacity is limited to 20. -
Buddha Bar Ballet & Hip Hop:
A hybrid of hip hop DANCE, grace, beauty and poise of BALLET, the power, strength and balance of YOGA. -
Yoga:
Selection of different styles of yoga. More information on the yoga schedule. 75 min. -
Zumba:
A fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, fun and exciting dance class. Easy to follow choreography for all levels……Join the Party!!!! (No extra charge)

* Babysitting is available for an additional fee. Spin and TRX reservations can be made starting 8am the prior day.
Reservations are taken on Fri. for Sat., Sun. & Mon. Hours M-F 8am-1pm & 4:45pm-7pm, Sat. & Sun. 7:30am-11am.
Non-members are welcome, $15 guest fee.
