At Main Line Health & Fitness, we build strength through concentrated workouts that deliver maximum results from more than 100 Med-X and Nautilus machines and 4 tons of free weights. Our program of physical conditioning is governed by two essential principles:

Main Line Health & Fitness has pioneered new technologies, introduced uncommonly-effective thirty-minute workouts, and assembled over 200 of the most intelligently-engineered fitness machines ever created - all in one welcoming, climate controlled, 25,000 square-foot space. Four integrated facilities are open every day of the year to provide a balanced program of safe, sensible exercise for life - long health and fitness.
