Our Studios at Main Line Health & Fitness (formerly the Fitness Factory) cover all ends of the spectrum when it comes to aerobics and group classes. This area has 2 aerobic studios with spring-loaded floors and a spinning studio equipped with 24 stainless steel Johnny G. Spinning Pros for an intense cardiovascular workout - our certified trainers will take you on the ride of your life in our spinning classes. Our experienced instructors will lead you through a variety of classes that include low impact aerobics, Tae Bo, Cardio Combat, Step Aerobics, and Body Sculpt as well as Yoga and Pilates.
